Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Visto ("the Service"), operated by Yusuke Utsumi ("I", "me"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Visto is an AI citation optimization platform that helps website owners improve how AI search engines discover and cite their content. The Service includes Visto Insights (citation analysis), Visto Shield (honeypot protection), and SCU Draft generation.
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
The Service operates on a BYOK model. You provide your own Google Gemini API key to power AI features. I do not cover your API usage costs. You are responsible for any charges incurred with Google or other AI providers. Your API keys are used solely to process your requests and are not stored in plaintext or shared with third parties.
4. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. The Free plan provides 3 analysis runs total with no time limit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to analyze URLs you do not own or have authorization to test; (b) attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures; (c) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by me. Visto Format is open-source software released under the MIT License. Content you submit through the Service remains yours. I do not claim ownership over your data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your AI citation rates. Results may vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
I may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting me.
11. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
